This website is operated by Carvills Furnishings Ltd (referred to as "Carvills/we/our/us"). As a user of this website (referred to as "you/your") you acknowledge that any use of this website by you including any transactions you make ("use/using") is subject to our terms and conditions below (which includes any other important sections e.g. Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy). By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or if you are not at least 18 years old, that you have the authority/consent of your parent or guardian to do so.

The Order
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Carvills will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your ordered or you have cancelled it before the order was dispatched.
Order decline may be a result of one of the following:
• The product you ordered being unavailable and after contacting you, you have decided to cancel the order rather than wait for stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of the pricing or product description error
• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our customer services representative.
1. General
1.1. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
1.2. If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website
2. Order process
2.1. All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.2. The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
3.Delivery
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Carvills shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales (for more information please see: Delivery Policy, below).
4. Payment
4.1. We will refund any payment made from your card in the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or if we are unable to fulfil your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
4.2. Payment can be made by Switch, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Delta, and Solo. For information about secure on-line ordering please see Privacy & Security (below).
4.3. All prices include VAT at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated.
5. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions
5.1. For our refund policy, please refer to our Returns Policy (below).
5.2. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors (as appropriate). You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors (as appropriate). Subject to Section 7.1. above, Carvills will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information on the site but makes no representation or warranty of any kind (whether express or implied statutory or otherwise) regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server from which it is made available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website Carvills will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and Carvills accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.
7.3. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
8. Miscellaneous Provisions
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused within 5 days. We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.
The items must be returned in the condition they were received. All returns must be securely packaged when returned. If the package is lost or stolen you are responsible for claiming compensation from the Royal Mail.
Where your order was paid by credit/debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.
Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please ensure that goods are signed for as damaged with the courier upon delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.
It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/ exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.

How much are the delivery charges?

Or if you would prefer we can mail your order to any UK address at a flat rate of £3.95
In addition to this if you want to SAVE yourself £3.95 we offer FREE DELIVERY on any basket that amounts to over £50 (all products in basket must be sent to a single UK address)
If you require next day delivery or would like to specify a delivery date please contacts us directly and we will do our utmost to fulfil your requirements and inform you of the latest prices for the required service.
For deliveries outside of the UK please contact us directly and we will speak to our couriers to establish the most competitive rate for you.
When will I receive my order?
We will usually dispatch your order either the same or the following day through our courier and the delivery will require a signature. Thus you will usually receive delivery of your order within 3-5 working days.
We will advise by e-mail once your order has been dispatched.

Carvills respects the privacy of it's customers and can guarantee that your personal information is safe with us. We will never share your details with any third parties whatsoever unless directed to do so by law.

We will retain the e-mail address given by you only to notify you of the despatch of your order. We may also on occasions e-mail details of any special offers or promotions to you using this information.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days after your order has been submitted. If the item has already been dispatched then the customer must return the goods at their own cost.

How can I pay for my products?
You can pay by Debit Card or Credit Card via ‘Google Checkout’.
Can I pay by Credit Card?
Yes you can, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, and Visa Electron Credit and Debit Cards.
We do not store or have access to your credit card details. All transactions are processed using ‘Google Checkout’.
If your order consists of more than one product with different delivery times your credit/debit card will be debited for the full order amount when the whole order is despatched.
